Return Policy
The Easy Return Process
- Return within 2 days after receipt of order.
- Return policy is applicable on DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG products only.In case you got any DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG you can choose from the below options:-
REFUND
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the ug at info@jkrugs.com. We will replace it without any cost after it qualifies for the quality check.Emailus at info@jkrugs.com.
- You must self-ship the items and in this case the logistics cost and arrangement of sending the item back to our facility shall be borne by the customer which will be reimbursed to the customer via their preferred payment gateway within 10 days.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3-4 working days.
EXCHANGE
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the ug at info@jkrugs.com. We will replace it without any cost after it qualifies for the quality check.Email us at info@jkrugs.com.
- You must self-ship the items and in this case the logistics cost and arrangement of sending the item back to our facility shall be borne by the customer which will be reimbursed to the customer via their preferred payment gateway within 10 days.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If approved, we will dispatch another piece of the same product to you within 10-12days.
- If products are ordered on any sale/offers, those products shall not be applicable for any cancellations/refunds.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
- In case of Exchanges the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Please note, time is of the essence for damaged or defective carpets and rugs. They must be returned to us as soon as possible. Remember, you only have 3 days to send your product in for replacement. And the sooner we receive the defective products, the more smoothly the replacement process can proceed.
Terms & Conditions
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- We will initiate the replacement or refund once the item passes through quality inspection.
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Item must have the original packing, labels, and tags intact. The altered and illegible serial number will also void the return.
We are unable to accept return requests under the following circumstances: -
- Damaged incurred by misusing or mishandling the product.
- Accidental damage to the product by the consumer.
- If any portion or accessory of the rug or carpet is missing like fringes or decorative accessoriesattached to the carpet/rug.
- India: "2 Days Hassle-Free Return" is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rugs).
